How MedyDive Answers
Built on Real Clinical Sources
Medication errors cost health systems an estimated US$42 billion a year worldwide (WHO, 2017). MedyDive lets a clinician check a question against documented sources.
Mechanism, adverse reactions and alternatives
Documented drug–drug interactions in the graph
Official product summaries (SmPC) from Moldova's medicines nomenclator
Drug-name synonyms, so brand names and Russian spellings are recognised
Answer languages to choose from, with Romanian first
Public sources searched for studies and health statistics
Moldova First
MedyDive is built around the sources used in the Republic of Moldova: the official product summaries from the national medicines nomenclator and the national clinical protocols. PubMed and the World Health Organization add the international evidence.
How It Works
Three steps from a clinical question to an answer you can trace back to its source.
You Ask
Type a clinical question in plain language, in the web app, a website widget or the Chrome extension
It Searches
The assistant checks that the question is medical, then searches its knowledge base and public sources. It does not answer from memory
You Get Sources
The answer carries numbered references and a source list, with a link to the official document when one exists
What It Searches
Each kind of question goes to the source built for it.
Drug Interactions & Safety
Interactions between medicines, adverse reactions, contraindications, mechanism of action and alternatives, from a drug knowledge graph.
Official Product Information
Composition, indications, dosing, warnings and pregnancy information from the official product summaries (SmPC) in Moldova's medicines nomenclator.
Clinical Protocols
The national clinical protocol for a condition: treatment schemes and diagnostic criteria.
PubMed & WHO
Published studies and article details from PubMed; country health statistics from the World Health Organization.
Verifiable Sources in Every Response
Statements carry numbered references. When a source does not document a dose or an interaction, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
Why MedyDive
An assistant that searches before it answers and shows you where each statement comes from.

For Healthcare Professionals, Not for Patients
MedyDive writes for doctors and pharmacists. Answers are at a professional level and do not include patient advice. It supports clinical decisions and does not replace clinical judgment.
Ways to Use MedyDive
One assistant, three ways to reach it. A patient record for family practices, with the assistant inside it, is in development.
Web App
Sign up with your email and start asking. Conversations are saved to your account.
Website Widget
The same assistant as a chat window in a corner of your own site or web system.
Chrome Extension
Shows the chat over the page open in your browser. The chat button appears only on a fixed list of supported sites.
How It Runs
- • The application runs on Microsoft Azure
- • The language model is provided through Azure OpenAI
- • Connections use HTTPS
- • Conversations are saved to your account; you can delete them in the web app
Limits to Know
- • Decision support only; it does not replace clinical judgment
- • Not intended for patients
- • Images and voice input are not supported
- • Answers can be incomplete, so check the cited source
Coming Next: the Patient-First Copilot
Family doctors told us they want the assistant inside the patient record. MedyDive is building it: a patient record with an AI summary, alerts from the national clinical protocols, safe prescribing with a daily schedule, and an app that helps patients follow their treatment.

On the Roadmap
Planned for 2027. These capabilities are not part of MedyDive today.
Patient Record With an AI Summary
A patient record for family doctors, with diagnoses, consents, lab results and an AI summary of the patient. The assistant works inside the record.
Protocol Alerts and Pathway
Out-of-range values highlighted against the national clinical protocols, with the protocol's next steps: tests, follow-up intervals and treatment.
Safe Prescribing and a Patient App
Prescriptions checked for interactions and doses and placed on a daily schedule that the patient receives in an app, with reminders, home readings and messages to the doctor.
Evidence Watch and Hospital Knowledge
Weekly alerts about new guidelines and studies relevant to a doctor's patients; a hospital's own procedures, searchable through the same assistant.
Frequently Asked Questions
What MedyDive does, where its answers come from, and what it does not do yet.
MedyDive answers from two groups of sources. Its own knowledge base holds a drug-interaction knowledge graph with over 1 million documented interactions, the official product summaries (SmPC) from Moldova's medicines nomenclator, and the national clinical protocols. It also searches PubMed for published studies and the World Health Organization for health statistics.
