The terms for using the MedyDive web app, website widget and Chrome extension.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms are between you and MedyDive ("we", "us"), operated by its founding team (MedyDive SRL in registration; registration planned for November 2026). They apply when you use the website medydive.com, the web app at app.medydive.com, the MedyDive website widget or the MedyDive Chrome extension. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
MedyDive is decision-support software for healthcare professionals. It does not replace clinical judgment, and it does not give advice to patients. Answers can be incomplete or wrong: check the cited source before acting on an answer. The healthcare professional remains fully responsible for every clinical decision.
MedyDive is intended for doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, and for the organisations they work in. It is not intended for patients.
MedyDive answers clinical and pharmaceutical questions and shows the sources behind each answer. It searches its own knowledge base (a drug knowledge graph, official product summaries from Moldova's medicines nomenclator and national clinical protocols) and public sources such as PubMed and the World Health Organization.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features.
You agree to:
You must not:
Your questions, the files you attach and your feedback remain yours. You allow us to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you share a conversation by link, anyone who has the link can read it. You are responsible for what you share.
Signing up for the web app requires no payment details. Pilots and any paid use by an organisation are covered by a separate written agreement.
The MedyDive software, name and logo belong to us. The documents and databases that the assistant cites belong to their respective owners, and the links and references in an answer do not give you rights over them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for clinical decisions taken on the basis of an answer, or for indirect loss arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
